Your neighbors are all cute but I have a special part of my heart for Westies, I do Westie rescue in my area and have been transporting a lot of westies from puppy mills around here lately....so Sarabelle looks like a happy, healthy, lucky girl. I am glad your mom is safe with you keeping guard of the gates, shelties are good guards arent they?
What a cool bunch of neighbours you've got, they must be quite entertaining for you (or are you the entertainment for them......??)

Nice pics! I wish we had nice dogs who lived next door. Marge used to be friends with our neighbor's dog until he decided he didn't like her any more one day. Weird, isn't it?

Your neighbors are adorable. My friend had a Cairn and a Norwich terrier and your neighbors remind me of them, well with the exception of the westie of course. What fun!
