DW and Pinwheel

We set up my dogwalk several weeks ago for the first time in months. I had a blast with it! We taped this a few weeks ago and just got around to editing out the boring parts. We later changed the pinwheel to a serpentine and that went well too. The first time through on the video is my fastest run. Mom thinks I am jumping faster than ever and have more enthusiasm for the game than before.

Gotta zoom!

GO Ricky! What a happy, speedy dog you are! Your dog walk is awesome.

Did I see your neighbor's dog come over to the fence to check it all out?

Wow Ricky! You are so fast! And did I see a neighborhood dog in the bushes on one of your runs? Did you notice it or were you so focused on your job that you missed your audience?

WOW! Well done Ricky! Maybe a break is doing him good and he obviously enjoy the fun! Go Ricky!

Mum and Dad's vacation looked fun, even if they did rudely steal your blog to post about it!

He looks great :) I regularly give my dogs a break, I think they need it. Specially Xsara who is not as motivated as Tani. I noticed they both work better if they miss agility a little :) When on a break, I occupy them with other things like swimming, frisbee, walks, tricks and belly rubs. A dog that competes needs excercise and training to be fit and to learn new moves, so training is important too, but rest is a part of training, muscles have to regenerate, etc.
