With a kitty-litter beach and much murkier water also much closer to home! Mom and dad took me to another beach yesterday. I had been there before but I love it! I really really wanted to swim (or walk) out to dad who was standing in the water, but I just couldn't make myself go any farther. Mom was relieved to see I did not actually go through with my plan to rub myself off on the "sand".
Hope you all are having a wonderful "start to the summer" weekend!
Gotta zoom!

Ricky, you are a very brave boy! I don't blame you for not going in any further, it really would've messed up your hair, and what if you saw a cute girl dog on the way back to the car? She might not appreciate the wet look.
I just love what Sara said!
You're indeed a very brave boy, Ricky! I do hope Eva is as brave as you though.
You is brave you has more furs than me so it might weigh you down more. Would you get a ball if it be just past your nose? I see you got the shoes nice and wet though! hehe!

pee ess: Mum said you has such a cuter bark than mine.
Hi Y'all,
I love to swim, but I am a retriever with a waterproof coat. You don't exactly look waterproof to me, Ricky.
How y'all doin'? Just stoppin' by for a visit. Hope y'all are having a wonderful beginning of summer weekend.
Y'all come by now,

Well at least you're not too much a a prince to get your feet wet! Katie wouldn't even put a foot in the water! I don't think. But then again I have never tried with me in the water asking her...so maybe. But I bet not.
So very cute, the internal struggle was so obvious, you wanted to see dad so bad but goodness safety first! Lol. You are just such a cutie!
LOL Ricky, you are very cute!
I don't blame you, Ricky! You were very brave!
Neither of mine will get in any farther than you did.
(Where did you guys go? Looks fun!)
This is the beach at Alum Creek. No dogs allowed but apparently lots of people bring dogs early in the morning any way. No one stopped us or anything.
