Here is our video for week 2 of the
Weave Challenge! We did all the same exercises but now with the jump slightly angled. The recall was tough. Mom walked out about 8ft from the end of the weaves and faced me and stood still and called me to weave. The first time I thought it was a regular recall and ran by the weaves. The second time mom moved a little closer and motioned with her arm (like a directed jump in obedience). That made sense to me and I did the weaves. The third time she moved back out 8ft and I did it!
Order of exercises in the video:
1. Run past on right and left
2. Rear cross on right and left
3. Send from right and left
4. Recall
We decided to continue using a target plate as mom's throwing skills are non-existent!
