Here we are just starting out:
I'm looking out over the water:
We stopped for lunch and swimming on a little island:
Dad is out in the water trying to coax me in but I'm not too sure:
Oh no! He got me:
Guess I'll have to swim for it:
I am not a good swimmer (maybe Sizzle could teach me?):
I do lots and lots of splashing:
I'm coming mom:
Whew! Finally made it back to shore and we were ready to take off again! I sit on mom's lap and dad paddles us wherever we go!

Pretty cool, huh? I sure hope we get to go again soon!

That is such a cool thing to do! And you were just saying how much you didn't really like the water. Looks like you're an old pro out there in the water to me, even if you do splash a lot.
It is no wonder you are so teeny tiny - don't you know every time you get wet you SHRINK. Repeat after me - water is bad - water is bad - I will not go in the water!!! It does look like fun though to go in the kayak - just so long as you don't get wet!
What a wonderful adventure Ricky! You did great swimming! The lake is beautiful, and how lucky are you that your Dad does all the paddling!

Great photos of your kayaking and swimming. Piper loves to kayak too. She even has a pink life jacket to match the pink kayak.
Piper has learned to swim with less splash, but it took almost our entire lake vacation to get a smooth look to her strokes. No matter how she looked, she sure loved it. I couldn't keep her out of the water. She acted just as fearless in the ocean this year.
